Universal Kit Frame – Warp Bubble Ruptures

It’s well known that the Terrans don’t respect things like “the physical structure of the universe not being torn apart,” and so they’ve developed technology that opens Warp Bubbles inside the atmosphere of a planet. Activating this device will create six such warp bubbles in front of you, all of which will instantaeneously rupture, dealing radiation damage to and placating your enemies. However, if you health is below 35%, these bubbles will also knock your enemies back and away from you, allowing you breathing room to get your self back together.

Terran Dr. Beverly Crusher Holographic Bridge Officer

You can now have the terrifying doctor herself, the Terran Empire’s version of Dr. Beverly Crusher, as a part of your bridge crew! Dr. Crusher is a Science Bridge Officer with a speciality in Temporal Ops. There are two different versions of this special Bridge Officer, one for Federation-Aligned Captains and one for Klingon-Aligned Captains, with a minor difference of one space trait. Console – Universal –Biaxial Graviton Impeller

Manipulation of the graviton fields that provide a component layer for starship shields can result in some very interesting results. Obviously Terran scientists would lean toward a means of weaponizing some of said results, which is how this technology came to be. A swift sequence of a controlled overload followed by a swift inversion results in expelling the starship’s shields as kinetic force waves, then quickly binding the ambient graviton emissions to a sympathetic wavelength with the ship’s weapons, drawing them back to the ship to quickly reform into defensive barriers.

This console also provides a passive bonus to Shield Capacity and the Starship Shield Restoration skill. It may be equipped on any starship in any slot, but you may only have one of these equipped at a time.

Starship Trait – The Best Offense

While your total shield capacity is above 50% your Directed Energy Weapons deal additional damage. The amount of damage increase is equal to current average shield percent above 50% (ie, if your average shield percent across all facings is currently 80%, you will gain a 30% damage increase). This benefit is re-evaluated once every second.

Hanger Pets – Terran Valkyrie Fighter Squadron

These are identical to the Federation Valkyrie fighters released last year, except for having Terran decals.

These will be unlocked by owning either the Sirius or Sutherland (both from this bundle), and can be used on any ship with a hangar bay.

Terran Monitor Miracle Worker Carrier

Versatility and breadth of utility have led to the development of this vessel for the Terran Empire. Although similar development goals served the Federation when they built our universe’s versions of the same ship, the applications and methodology are vastly different. The Monitor is built to serve as a sort of support strike ship, launching fighters to harangue enemies while providing backup to the rest of their fleet in the form of various debilitating techniques.

Console – Universal –Automated Heavy Tetryon Emitters

Shield disruption can be a powerful weapon of war when properly wielded and applied. These specialized emitter emplacements allow a ship to wreak havoc on the shields of many nearby enemies without the need for manual targeting from the officers aboard the ship. Although the massive power drain caused by this activation allows it to only be used occasionally, the sudden barrage of shield disruption and damage may be enough to turn the tide in favor of the aggressor behind its use.

This console also provides a passive increase to All Tetryon Damage, and Starship Drain Expertise Skill. It may be equipped on any starship in any slot, but you may only have one of these equipped at a time.

Starship Trait –Tachyon Piercer

Activating the Tachyon Beam Bridge Officer Ability on a Foe will now also cause effects equal to a Rank I version to Chain to an additional nearby Foe. Additionally, both the primary Foe and the Target of the Chain will suffer Radiation Damage and lose one beneficial effect, each tick.

When used on Players, the Buff Strip effect may only occur to each affected Player once every 5 seconds.

Terran Eagle Pilot Raider

The enemies of the Terran Empire know they are always watched, but when it’s the Eagle doing the watching their time is almost over. A specialist stealthy torpedo vessel, the Eagle excels at slipping into enemy ranks, identifying priority targets, and annihilating them before vanishing into the debris. Little information about the Eagle is available in the free worlds of the Terran Empire’s home universe, but it’s been seen firsthand by a huge number of enemy personnel. Alas, most were unable to pull breath for speech, let alone find working comms tumbling in the vacuum, and so the Eagle’s reputation remains one of mystery.

This starship includes a Commander Tactical / Pilot specialist bridge officer seat and a Lieutenant Commander Universal / Command specialist bridge officer seat.

Console – Universal –Covert Warhead Module

Activating this Console Cloaks the ship similarly to an Enhanced Battle Cloak, and the console can be used while already Cloaked. For the next 15 sec, the ship enjoys improved maneuverabiltiy, and passing near Foe ships plants a bomb on their hull. After the time is up, the bombs detonate, dealing significant Kinetic damage to the bombed Foe and any other nearby Foe. Tightly packed Foes can be hit repeatedly.

Stealthy vessels are often used to soften enemy defenses before slower assets commit to the fight. By weaving in and among their targets, keeping a low profile, and striking with precision, enemy area denial coverage can be disrupted and the way made clear for the fleet.

Starship Trait – Stealth Torpedo Bomber

Being Cloaked adds a stack of Sealth Torpedo Bomber for a long duration, and using a Pilot Manuever adds 5 stacks. Once 10 stacks are accumulated, the next instance of Cloak or Pilot Manuever instead applies Torpedo Spread 2 for a moderate duration and clears all stacks. Note that stacks of Stealth Torpedo Bomber may accumulate while Torpedo Spread 2 is active.

Console – Universal –Harmonic Yield Distribution via Radial Aperture

Activating this Console causes your Pets to initiate a subspace jump to your ship’s location, perform an intricate maneuver, and unleash a devastating volley of Phaser lances based on the number of Pets utilized.

Similar to the famous Kolvoord Starburst, the H.Y.D.R.A. is a dangerous and unorthodox aerobatic maneuver. The primary ‘body’ vessel halts and vents its coolant forward, while the ‘head’ vessels vent theirs aft and fly up and away, forming an arc. After a moment, the coolant is ignited, forming a plasma with incredible conductivity, allowing the ships to network their power and execute a spectacular series of devastating beam attacks.

This console additionally provides a passive bonus to Cannon Damage, and bonuses to Damage, Flight Speed and Turn Speed for Pets and Targetable Torpedoes.

Starship Trait – Strike Group Command Authority

While this trait is active, your Pets gain bonus damage based on the most powerful Pet you have active: fighter, frigate, or starship separation such as Multi-Vector Assault Mode and Saucer Separation.

While too much freedom for subordinates invites insurrection, too little invites weakness. A balance must be struck: ambitious Captains must give young officers must be the opportunity to prove ability but not the opportunity to betray and replace the Captain themselves.
